CUSD Staff and Board Members Accept the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge
There was a decent crowd at Niedermeyer Field on the Coronado High School campus to witness the event. Dr. Felix accepted the challenge in honor of a friend who had ALS. ALS stands for Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and, according to the ALS website "is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord.
